Rogers, who makes
reproduction furniture by
hand (mostly using
antique wood), has been
using our milk paint for
a few years with
excellent results, as
shown in these photos. Like
the original, this corner
cupboard is constructed
of pine and finished with
multiple layers of milk
paint. After the paint is
sanded and polished, it
is finished with several
layers of linseed oil and
beeswax.
The same technique was
used on his painted pine
table, below.
